Guitartrade respects your privacy. Your name, address, email, or any phone numbers given are kept safe and secure, and will only be used when processing orders or for direct contact by Guitartrade. All payment gateways use SSL security when processing and no details of your credit card are stored with us. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding the use of this site.
DELIVERY INFORMATION
- All orders are sent within 24hrs from confirmation of payment.
- The delivery costs include all package and handling costs.
AUSTRALIAN ORDERS
Express: 1 to 5* business days
Standard: 2 to 10* business days
*Currently Auspost are experiencing delays due to unprecendented demand during Covid-19 with the odd order taking up to 3 weeks. Express Post is recommended if your parts are urgent.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Most international deliveries are averaging 15 to 20 business days due to Covid-19 causing major transport delays, however please allow up to 25 business days. Please do not place any international orders if delivery of parts and tools are urgent.
PLEASE NOTE: Customs Taxes and Duties may be charged when importing goods into your country, these fees are your responsibility.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY
For all returns and exchanges you must contact Guitartrade within 14 days of receipt of goods. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and all items must be sent back in their original condition with the original receipt of purchase. Once received, full refund or store credit will be given for the purchase price of the item, excluding all shipping costs. Please insure return and exchange items are packaged carefully to avoid damage and blemishes during shipping.
